When you made your reservation you agreed to our Rescheduling
Policy. Here it is again for your reference with instructions
on how to reschedule your reservation IF, and only if,
it meets our policy guidelines. We apologize for any
inconvenience.
HurryDate Rescheduling Policy:
HurryDate events are dependent on participant attendance.
Therefore, if you cannot attend an event you have registered
for, we can allow you to reschedule your reservation
if your request is made on or prior to five business
days before the event you are registered to attend.
Please be aware that you will only be allowed to reschedule
one time per reservation and, much like any event ticket
you purchase, we do not issue refunds on any reservations.
If you are rescheduling within less than five business
days of the event or have booked a spot but do not attend
the event, we cannot reschedule you to another date
or issue you a refund. Unfortunately we do not offer
rescheduling or refunds on standby list passes or if
you are confirmed to attend after signing up for the
waiting list.
If your rescheduling request meets our policy guidelines,
there will be a $5 ($8 CAD, £3.25) non-refundable
change fee that will be applied to your credit card. You will be
issued a code to allow you to RSVP for any other HurryDate
event of your choosing (pending event space) at no additional
charge to you.
To make your rescheduling request, simply login to
your account and visit your Account Settings page.
